Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role at Waypoint is to support members with intellectual and other disabilities by modeling healthy relationships, engaging in effective communication, and supporting independence. The DSP will maintain a safe and supportive environment, promote self-determination, and foster growth.
