Job Description
The Tree Trimmer 1 will be responsible for trimming, cultivating, repairing, removing, and transplanting trees and shrubs. The role involves extensive climbing, tool use, and pesticide application. This position is vital for the company's operations within the forestry sector.
Requirements
- Operate boom trucks, loaders, stump chippers, brush chippers, tractors, power saws, trucks, sprayers and other equipment.
- Climb trees using climbing hooks and belts or ladders.
- Clean, sharpen, and lubricate tools and equipment.
- Cut away dead and excess branches from trees.
- Trim, top, and reshape trees.
- Operate shredding and chipping equipment.
