Job Description
Waymo is a leading autonomous driving technology company focused on building its Waymo Driver, which powers autonomous ride-hail service and various vehicle platforms. They are seeking a Technical Lead Manager for Perception Verification to build and manage a team of engineers, improve test tooling, and develop key metrics for autonomous vehicle performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- Fluency in Python and C++
- Ability to hire, develop and train others
- Engineering management experience (1+ years)
- Advanced Engineering degree (some interest in ML-based perception systems)
