Standards Compliance Lead

The Standards Compliance Lead will be responsible for leading the creation, updating, and enforcement of comprehensive compliance policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices. The role will also involve auditing and assessment, cross-functional planning, risk management, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs (min. 10 years)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management skills
• Certified auditing credential (strongly preferred)
• Experience in tooling and operational aspects connected with a compliance program
• Familiarity with the Automated Driving System (ADS) industry sector (desirable)
• Familiarity with Waymo’s approach to safety and its safety case (desirable)
• Track-record of contributions to published scholarly literature (preferable)
