Job Description
We are looking for a strategic, execution-driven Head of Growth (Web 3 Portfolio) to lead Web3 portfolio expansion. This role demands deep expertise in Web3 growth strategies, especially within the crypto wallet ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on growth or marketing experience within the Web3 and crypto wallet sector
- Proven expertise in budget management and performance marketing specific to Web3 channels and audiences
- Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, protocols, and user profiles, with first-hand experience in executing growth strategies tailored to crypto wallets
- Strong network and relationships within the Web3 industry, especially among crypto wallets, blockchain projects, and key influencers
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership and driving growth initiatives from 0 to 1
