Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

wattline is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join their People & Culture team. In this role, you'll manage the entire recruiting process, from identifying needs to successful placement, contributing to employer branding, and ensuring a strong onboarding experience. You will develop creative job postings, proactively approach candidates, conduct interviews, and represent the company at career fairs and university networks. The ideal candidate is communicative, approachable, and has experience in recruiting, with a focus on building genuine connections between people and companies.

Requirements

• Solid education in personnel management
• Several years of professional experience in recruiting
• Communicative, approachable, and authentic personality
• Good feel for people – combined with a clear understanding of job profiles, corporate culture, and team fit.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and with a high standard of quality
• Real team player, happy to exchange ideas, and work in partnership
• Affinity for digitization and eagerness to explore KI-supported solutions
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on efficient processes and automation
