We are looking for a Process and Project Manager to join our team. You will analyze, document, and visualize business processes to identify and implement improvements. You will provide consulting to process owners and support them in optimizing their processes. You will promote a process-oriented company culture by sharing your process knowledge and methodological competence in training and workshops. You will develop and implement standards, methods, and tools that take process management to a new level. You will accompany company-wide projects on digitalization and optimization of existing processes and functionalities, based on clearly defined project assignments.
Requirements
- First-hand to several years of work experience in process management or participating in projects, ideally in the context of digitalization and process optimization
- Analyzing connections and transferring them into clear, comprehensible measures
- Creating structures, prioritizing tasks, and working towards defined goals
- Working well with different stakeholders, communicating openly and solution-oriented, and actively contributing to the joint development of solutions
- A team player who takes responsibility, drives their tasks forward independently, and values the exchange with their team
- A high willingness to learn, work motivated in new topics, and develop their professional and methodical skills continuously
