Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering management within a digital or eCommerce environment
• 5+ years leading Adobe AEM development teams with hands-on experience in both on-prem and cloud implementations
• Deep understanding of AEM architecture, including dispatcher, replication agents, workflows, and Sling models
• Experience with AEM Cloud and Edge Delivery Services and performance optimization strategies
• Strong back-end development skills in Java/J2EE and front-end technologies (React, HTML, CSS)
• Proven experience in agile/scrum environments, including project planning, staffing, and estimation
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills across distributed systems and cloud environments
