Senior Accountant

This Senior Accountant position provides technical accounting support to the General Accounting Department, preparing journal entries, variance analysis, and financial statements. The role involves working closely with Staff Accountants, assisting with the preparation of financial reports, and ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• Graduate of a recognized college with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Five years recent experience in all phases of general accounting
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Healthcare experience is preferred
• Familiarity with general ledger, fixed asset and financial reporting software
• Strong attention to details, analytical skills, and high-quality output
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
