Service Engineer, Turbocharger, PB

Requirements

• Perform advanced mechanical troubleshooting and system integration on ABB and Napier turbochargers.
• Execute overhauls and maintenance activities on ABB and Napier turbochargers.
• Learn and support on-site team leadership and manage assigned team activities during work execution.
• Monitor and report internal and external progress status of assigned work.
• Prepare accurate Service Work Reports according to Wärtsilä standards.
• Ensure all work complies with Wärtsilä QEHS guidelines and site procedures.
• Continuously seek solutions and apply best practices to improve service quality.
• Follow up and report on work order status to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support training and knowledge sharing within the team to enhance technical capabilities.
