A Human Resource Director leads the facility Human Resource function by providing service and direction to facility personnel on all aspects of Human Resources.
Requirements
- Management of Workers Compensation, OSHA 300 Log and reporting, and Unemployment Compensation claims.
- Accurately completes and audits benefit enrollment and other misc. forms, (401k, employment file)
- Coordinates and participates in new staff orientation.
- Responsible for State and Federal Criminal background checks, pre-employment drug screening and all other associated pre-employment requirements and documentation for prospective new hires/employees in compliance with both state and federal regulations
- Administration and management of FMLA and other Leave of Absences
- Responsible for recruiting efforts for the facility.
- Assists LNHA with We Care Teams and Employee Engagement
- Provides support and backup to the Payroll/Scheduler with bi-weekly processing of payroll.
- Participates in the disciplinary process and is responsible for ensuring progressive discipline per policy.
- Ensures attendance is correctly monitored and disciplinary process is followed in a timely manner.
- Participates in the QAPI process.
