Job Description
The Food & Beverage Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations between the kitchen and service staff, coordinating, organizing, and monitoring food orders to guarantee timely and accurate delivery, supporting the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Maintain expo line setup and cleanliness in compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively between the kitchen and service staff regarding orders and modifications
- Ensure food items are prepared according to standards and presented correctly before leaving the kitchen
- Maintain strong awareness of menu knowledge, including ingredients and dietary concerns
- Organize and prioritize incoming orders using KDS or printed tickets
- Work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment
