Project Manager

Warfel Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Winchester, Virginia. The role involves providing ongoing customer satisfaction, adhering to project schedules and budgets, and building internal and external team communication. This is a client-facing position that requires a strong understanding of project management principles and cost management.

Requirements

• Interacts with the estimating department to follow cost development and facilitate bidding.
• Begins a schedule and initiates a job startup meeting, facilitating project start-ups.
• Prepares regular cost projections and submits internally to management.
• Excels at cost management, implements cost efficiencies, and creates labor analysis.
• Communicates with clients and the design team in a timely manner.
• Manages subcontractor defaults and maintains project records.
• Produce accurate billing and maintain proper project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform problem solving in all aspects of the project.
