We are seeking a motivated Store Leader to play an integral part in laying the foundation for our growing Retail business. As a Store Leader, you will build and lead a team of service-minded Managers, Opticians, and Advisors in executing processes and creating amazing customer experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a management role at a complex customer-focused, operationally excellent retailer
- Able to build, coach, and retain a high-performing team
- A clear, honest, and empathetic communicator
