Are you a Team Manager within a manufacturing or production environment looking for a new opportunity in an FMCG role? Our Enfield Bakery is seeking an Area Lead to join their team, driving excellence, innovation, and efficiency within our manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and CI improvements
- Knowledge of SAP
- Previous experience of monitoring equipment and ensuring it’s compliant
- Understanding of site level planning activity
- Background of coaching and developing teams
