The People Advisor will provide high-quality advice, guidance, and coaching to leaders across the site or Centre functions, supporting employee relations matters and case management in line with company people policies and values.
Requirements
- Provide clear and consistent advice, guidance, and coaching to leaders
- Deliver added value support and solutions to the business
- Manage and resolve employee relations cases
- Support line managers on people issues
- Support managers in executing change
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities
- Work with ER Lead, legal advisors, and trade unions on ER related policies and procedures
- Maintain own continuous professional development (CPD)
- Support other ad hoc people management requirements
