Job Description
We are looking to appoint Multi Skilled Engineers to join our growing team at Warburtons Bakery in Enfield, one of the largest bakeries in Europe. As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will work across 5 operating plants, ensuring daily preventative maintenance activities are completed to a high standard, breakdowns are resolved quickly and efficiently, and improvements are made in asset reliability and reduce losses.
Requirements
- Electrical and Mechanical engineering experience
- Fault Finding and Route Cause Analysis skills
- Structured and practical engineering training (e.g. apprenticeship/HNC/degree)
- Knowledge and experience of maintenance preferably in an FMCG environment
- H&S knowledge e.g., PUWER, IOSH – able to ensure a safe working environment
- Communication and relationship building skills
- Analysing and problem-solving skills, anticipates problems before they occur and takes steps to deal with them
