As a Support Engineer, your mission is to ensure that Wandelbots customers are getting the most out of Wandelbots NOVA - our robotics software platform - and their robotic applications built on our platform.
Requirements
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for NOVA customers
- Investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to NOVA’s APIs, SDKs, applications, data services and system architecture
- Perform system maintenance: software updates, log analysis, and basic bug investigation
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success colleagues for escalations and feedback
- Ensure structured and detailed documentation and reporting of issues, fixes, and customer feedback
- Conduct on-site support at customer facilities during critical phases or escalations
- Help improve support processes to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
