Job Description
Walters Group is a family-owned steel construction company seeking a Building and Grounds Technician to maintain their facilities and grounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for lawn care, landscaping, snow and ice removal, facility cleanliness, and yard upkeep and repairs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or facility maintenance
- Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, snow blowers, and other maintenance equipment
- Knowledge of seasonal landscaping and snow removal techniques
- Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, safe grounds
- Basic communication skills for coordinating with Plant Managers and suppliers
