Legal Counsel

WalletConnect is a core infrastructure team in Web3, building the connectivity layer that lets wallets and apps communicate securely across blockchains. We're looking for a Legal Counsel to join our remote-first team, providing real-time legal guidance on product features, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, and navigating the regulatory landscape across payments, crypto-assets, and data protection.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 5-9 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in product, commercial and/or technology law
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements at pace
• Strong understanding of payments, fintech, or financial services regulation
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
• International and cross-border legal awareness
• Proactive, autonomous working style
