Requirements
- 5–8 years in B2B Key Account Management or new business sales, ideally in technical or renewable energy sectors.
- Proven success in growing accounts and closing large deals.
- Strong solution-selling and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent at negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable with long sales cycles and multi-site projects.
- CRM-savvy and structured in account planning.
- Flemish and English Speaker.
