Field Superintendent - Northern California

Johnson Plumbing is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee field operations across Northern California projects. This role involves leadership, quality assurance, training, and ensuring projects are completed to company standards, with a focus on safety, quality, and employee development. The field supervisor will partner with Project Management and HR.

Requirements

• Conduct regular meetings with field personnel and supervisors.
• Develop and manage schedules, manage vacation/sick requests, and approve timesheets.
• Lead and contribute to operations, project, and coordination meetings.
• Enforce installation standards and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Provide on-the-job training and identify skill gaps.
• Oversee quality assurance and conduct site visits.
• Develop growth plans for employees.
