Shift Lead opens and closes the store, responsible for customer experience, operations, and maintaining accurate inventory counts. They assist with managing store systems, pricing, and bookkeeping activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Prefer the knowledge of store inventory control
- Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state
