Shift Lead

The Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. They must model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, and be responsible for holding store keys, assisting with order processing, and maintaining accurate inventory counts.

Requirements

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license is required
