Requirements
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions
- Model and share customer service best practices with team members
- Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service
- Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items
- Registers customer purchases on assigned cash register
- Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised
- Implement Company asset protection procedures
- Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- Construct and maintain displays
- Assist with separation of food items and product placement
- Provide customer service in the photo area
- Assume web pick-up responsibilities
