Requirements
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- Engage customers and patients, resolve issues and answer questions
- Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service
- Recommend items for sale and suggest trade-up and/or companion items
- Register customer purchases, collect cash, and distribute change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store counters and shelves
- Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws
- Construct and maintain displays, resets, and revisions
- Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service
- Assume web pick-up responsibilities and complete special assignments
