Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Operations Team working on Data Center, Vehicle Manufacturing or General Build Construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Management Teams of all technical aspects of project management, coordinating between various stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- 4-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training and related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of similar construction engineering experience.
- Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, etc., plus an in-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship between other functional units required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to implement innovative and effective management strategies to enhance project and employee performance.
