As a Sales Manager, you will advise and counsel customers on provident measures, develop advisory concepts, and lead a sales team. You will be responsible for customer care, sales, and quality targets, and work closely with a Sales Director to optimize and expand the team.

Requirements

• Commercial education as a banker (m/f/d) or a comparable degree
• Experience in leadership, building savings, building finance, and provident products (ideally)
• Independent and flexible working style with high organization skills
