Job Description
WRBC is seeking a motivated P&C Actuary to join their actuarial team. This role involves quarterly reserve analyses, loss ratio forecasting, and supporting underwriting, claims, and reinsurance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience with data manipulation, while also being a proactive individual who can challenge the status quo.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Solid technical background, ideally with Python, R, or similar capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field
- 5–8 years of P&C actuarial experience
- FCAS or near-FCAS (or international equivalent) experience
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python or R
- Executive-level communication skills
