The Pricing, Promotion, Process Improvement Specialist will support pricing and promotional activities while helping improve everyday processes. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing and promotions are set up correctly, run smoothly, and reflect our brand’s goals.
Requirements
- Set up and maintain pricing and promotional details across systems and platforms
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure promotions are launched on time and accurately
- Monitor changes to pricing and promotional materials, ensuring proper approvals are documented and version history is maintained
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and help test new approaches to improve efficiency
- Maintain SOPs and keep training materials up to date
- Support creation of training guides or checklists for new team members or system updates
- Participate in user testing for new tools or system upgrades and provide feedback
- Assist with change management by communicating process changes and supporting training sessions or Q&A follow-ups
- Respond to questions from merchandising, operations, and customer service teams regarding pricing and promotional processes
- Help troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
- Attend team meetings and planning sessions to stay informed on upcoming promotions, pricing changes, and process updates
- Maintain organized records of pricing and promotion documents, including calendars, approvals, and retailer guidelines
- Ensure files are clearly labeled and easy to locate
