Commercial Retention Representative

Vyve Broadband is seeking a Commercial Retention Representative to increase commercial revenue by reducing commercial churn. This role involves customer visits and outbound calls to clients experiencing expiring contracts, focusing on maximizing customer ROI. The position reports to the Regional Sales Director and contributes to sales activities and reporting.

Requirements

• Handle and identify Business Solutions opportunities for customers
• Assist with customer care for Business customers
• Demonstrate full understanding of current marketing campaigns and offerings
• Communicate sales activities, reports, and results
• Monitor and manage past due accounts
• Attempt to retain or renew customers through disconnection, downgrade, or service changes
• Regular communication with management team
• Manage and develop customers through Salesforce Sales Cloud
