Requirements
- Completed accounting studies or comparable qualifications.
- Several years of professional experience in personnel, ideally in healthcare.
- Sound knowledge of employment and trade law (VPKA/ TVÖD and TV-Doctors).
- Basic experience in tax and social insurance law as well as health insurance (ZVK).
- Good eye for trends, texts and tools – ideally also knowledge in social media & SEO.
- Practical experience in personnel marketing, employer branding and project management.
- High degree of initiative, flexibility and determination.
