The position involves staffing, organizational development, HR project implementation (including digitalization), and compliance with relevant regulations. It emphasizes a skilled team environment and strong cooperation with healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Completed accounting studies or comparable qualifications.
• Several years of professional experience in personnel, ideally in healthcare.
• Sound knowledge of employment and trade law (VPKA/ TVÖD and TV-Doctors).
• Basic experience in tax and social insurance law as well as health insurance (ZVK).
• Good eye for trends, texts and tools – ideally also knowledge in social media & SEO.
• Practical experience in personnel marketing, employer branding and project management.
• High degree of initiative, flexibility and determination.
