Senior Engineering Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our engineering department in Karlsruhe. The successful candidate will provide leadership to our owner's engineering team, optimize supervision efforts, and ensure compliance with EHS and ESG requirements.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in engineering within chemical and energy-related sectors
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing engineering teams/individuals
• Solid understanding of project engineering workflows
• Good communication skills and English language skills
• High cross-cultural competence and ability to work in international teams
