We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Solution Architect Senior Contract to join our team in New York, NY. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Administered and managed Windows Server/Desktop operating systems
- Configure and maintain servers and storage systems
- Manage Active Directory, including backup, recovery, and Group Policy Object (GPO) setup
- Troubleshoot fundamental networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, routing, and firewalls
- Implement and monitor security principles, including ACL and encryption protocols
- Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, bash, ksh, or perl) for task automation
- Monitor system health and performance, providing analytics to identify bottlenecks and lead optimization efforts
- Develop disaster recovery plans and perform backup and restoration for systems, applications, and data
- Install and manage patches and firmware updates
- Provide exceptional customer support with a +1 service mindset
