Job Description
VTS is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of commercial real estate technology, focusing on Leasing & Asset Management, Activate, Multifamily, and the new design platform. The role involves leading end-to-end design from research to delivery, applying user research and JTBD methodologies. Strong communication skills and a data-driven approach are essential.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product design, with shipped web and mobile products
- Strong UX research background (JTBD, usability testing, analytics)
- Experience designing multi-user workflows with multiple dependencies
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered process, system thinking, and impact
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
