Requirements

• Support the development, management and execution of HR's strategic planning programs
• Administer the SuccessFactors career management system
• Assist in the design and delivery of curriculum
• Create rosters for all internal delivered programs
• Collect and consolidate internal and external data to track current and future workforce trends
• Develop dashboard reports and documentation
• Administer the annual HR strategic planning process and annual succession planning
• Provide ad hoc reporting on development opportunities
• Provide additional administrative support to the Talent Development team
