Requirements

• AA/AS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or High School and 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Skilled in use of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Exceptional customer service and phone skills
• Dependable and a team player
• Ability to interface with all levels of management, staff, customers, and suppliers to resolve customer requests
• Ability to accomplish basic job duties accurately and with little or no supervision
• Ability to multi-task, possess accurate typing skills, and use of good judgment in analyzing user requests
