Job Description
Attract and retain customers by delivering exceptional customer service, fostering customer retention, and promoting outstanding associate/doctor satisfaction. Drive profitable store sales by fostering a customer care culture through practicing and use of effective retail sales skills utilizing the Total Customer Experience Model.
Requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster customer retention
- Drive profitable store sales through customer care culture
- Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fit and adapt lenses and frames
- Maximize Managed Vision Care relationships and sales opportunities
- Assist with the timely implementation of approved Marketing programs
- Ensure positive and productive host relationships
