Job Description
The Optical Administrator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering customer retention, and promoting associate/doctor satisfaction. The role involves filling eyeglass prescriptions, fitting lenses and frames, and maximizing Managed Vision Care relationships and sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Optician licensure or certification
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
