Requirements
- At least 1-2 cycles of campaign experience preferred
- Familiarity with data tools like Blocks, NGPVAN, MiniVAN, Openfield.AI, and reporting platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills for managing large data sets and meeting deadlines
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic campaign environment
- Passionate about using data to support civic engagement and voter registration
- Must have reliable transportation
