Job Description
VON is a non-profit organization providing clinical, personal, and social support to people in their homes and communities. They offer a full-scope work environment, clinical autonomy, continuous learning, and opportunities for growth. The RN position provides medical care to children, youth, adults, and seniors, with a focus on diabetes management, dialysis, and wound care.
Requirements
- Must be Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice
- Experience in community health (asset)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check and/or Vulnerable Sector Search
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
