Registered Nurse (RN), Visiting Nursing - Full-time

Registered Nurse (RN) provides client care in client's own home, conducting physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, and counselling to individuals and families.

Requirements

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice
• Canadian Nurses Association certification in Community Health Nursing (asset)
• Clinical practice experience (asset)
• Experience in community health (asset)
• Personal vehicle and driver's license
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Criminal Records Check
• Vulnerable Sector Search and/or Child Abuse Registry Check (may be required)
• Availability to work flexible hours
