Registered Nurse (RN) provides client care in client's own home, conducting physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, and counselling to individuals and families.
Requirements
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice
- Canadian Nurses Association certification in Community Health Nursing (asset)
- Clinical practice experience (asset)
- Experience in community health (asset)
- Personal vehicle and driver's license
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- Criminal Records Check
- Vulnerable Sector Search and/or Child Abuse Registry Check (may be required)
- Availability to work flexible hours
