Job Description
VON is seeking a Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide medical care to children, youth, adults, and seniors in various settings across Nova Scotia. The role involves diabetes management, dialysis, medication management, palliative care, and wound care. Requirements
- Must be Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Search/Child Abuse Registry Check
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to perform tasks that emphasize good body mechanics.
