Compliance Lead - AML/CTF (Part-time)

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Lead to support the ongoing development of Volt’s compliance framework in Australia. In this role, you will work closely with the SVP of Compliance & Risk, ensuring full alignment with local regulatory requirements and contributing to the continued build-out of Volt’s compliance function in the Australian market.

Requirements

• Current or recent AML/CTF experience within the payments and/or fintech sector
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulatory requirements and reporting obligations
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of key compliance areas
• Responsibility and accountability
• Adaptability and ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
• Comfortable working in a start-up structure with evolving processes and priorities
