We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from conception through closeout. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience in Division 8 (commercial doors, frames, hardware) and a strong knowledge of commercial door vendors, industry codes, and construction standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in Division 8 (commercial doors, frames, hardware)
• Strong knowledge of commercial door vendors, industry codes, and construction standards
• Proficient in blueprint reading, spec interpretation, and construction documentation
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of estimating tools and project management software
