As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for staffing our Fleet Operations department in the DACH region. You will partner with hiring managers, support them in their recruitments, and advise them on talent acquisition and best practices.
Requirements
- Several years of experience working with end-to-end recruitment
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with different search & sourcing techniques
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms & systems
