Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for delivering recruitment for office and warehouse positions in the Nordics region, partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to develop and strengthen the talent acquisition practice across the organization.

Requirements

• several years of experience working with end-to-end volume recruitment
• stakeholder management and communication skills
• experience or knowledge with different search & sourcing techniques
• good knowledge of recruitment platforms & systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
