Senior Market Development Manager

As a Senior Market Development Manager, you will own the commercial success of key cities in Norway and Denmark, shaping how micromobility is deployed, scaled, and made profitable in close partnership with city leaders.

Requirements

• B.Sc in business, engineering, or a similar field.
• Professional fluency in Norwegian and English.
• 3–7+ years of experience in roles such as market development, strategy, operations, consulting or government relations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing and negotiating with external stakeholders, for example within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment or within the public-sector.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Experience working with business performance metrics, business cases, or budgets, and a curiosity to go deep into data and analytics.
