Senior Fleet Manager - France

Voi is seeking a Senior Fleet Manager to lead fleet operations in France, responsible for managing a team of Fleet Managers and overseeing day-to-day in-field operations, budget, and planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, logistics, production, or consulting, with a focus on data-driven decision making, team management, and problem-solving.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in operations, logistics, production, consulting or similar
• Experience managing a large team of people and other people managers
• Experience working cross-functionally with other teams to achieve your own goals
• Experience planning and structuring shifts for your teams
• Experience running your own budget and being held accountable towards it
• Experience working with and enforcing Health & Safety guidelines and policies
