The Fleet Operations Manager is responsible for leading and improving operations in Voi's Stockholm Hub, managing large teams, and ensuring a safe work environment. The role involves setting up and improving operational workflows, running operations, and managing region/city relationships with 3PL partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, production or similar
- Workforce planning and workforce strategies
- Owning a budget and continuously working to improve results
- Managing facilities ensuring they are compliant towards applicable regulations
- Managing large teams and leading through subordinate leaders
- Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with senior stakeholders
- Understanding of business management, financial principles, and G-suites
- Able to work and structure work independently with little management oversight
- A structured mindset with attention to detail
- Fluency in English
